3 Lay ministers in the Community of Christ Church in Missouri have been arrested with 2 other members of their family for allegations of child sexual abuse took place from the mid-1980s until 1995 and possibly beyond.
Darrel Mohler, 72, Burrell Edward Mohler Sr., 77 and his sons Burrell Edward Mohler Jr., 53; David A. Mohler, 52; Jared Leroy Mohler, 48; and Roland Neil Mohler, 47 are accused by six alleged victims -- all now adults -- of sexual abuse, mock weddings, rape with various objects and a forced abortion during their childhoods.
Mohler Sr., David Mohler and Jared Mohler are lay ministers in the Community of Christ.
